Well appointed and detailed apartment in a recently renovated heritage building in central Dunedin. 

The Gaynor Clayton Apartment is named and themed on Australian born Sarah Gaynor Clayton  whom opened her photographic and artist studio in 1901 and worked from our building until returning to Melbourne in 1910.

Gaynor Clayton faces Moray Place and offers views through the trees to park like grounds of First Church.
